Terms of Sale

By placing an order on www.juliancastaldi.com you agree to the following terms:

Products All prints are produced to order using museum-grade archival materials. As each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Pricing All prices are listed in EUR. Julian Castaldi Photography reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact julian@beachroad.ae within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
